Effective Drills and Technical Skills
The instruction begins with warm-up activities that encourage proper position and focus. Coach Ducar then explains the concept of attacking goal keeping and also provides various drills that emphasize ball control, positioning, diving, defending breakaways, back passes, crosses, decision making and save techniques.
